Erick Sanchez is ahead of his time - by three years, to be exact.
The talented 14-year-old striker plays with the boys U18 Houston Dynamo team, mostly, because he can.
He's quick enough, skilled enough and smart enough. Listen to his explanation on how he handles the physicality of competing against older players, for instance. "The faster you play the less they can get to you," Sanchez said. "You just have to keep it to one touch, two touch and move it. As long as you play fast and sharp you don't get hit."......

Vancouver Whitecap Residency
We will be seeing a lot of the Whitecap program in the coming year. With their campaign to be the next MLS expansion team in full swing, the Vancouver Whitecaps are determined to be a major soccer force in North America. Their Residency program is the closest thing to a Canadian version of ussoccer's Bradenton. 13 resident players are on the U17 and U20 Canadian National Team currently.

If the U17 division is the Canadian division, the U19 could be the deemed the British division.

U13 DIV Dallas Cup
The U13 Division. The most bang for your buck, this will be the most competitive and entertaining division. Each brackets are stocked with established club academy teams from around the world.
Last year's Southampton U13 team was the class of the division and eventually losing to FC Barcelona from California. I expect the same level of quality from Southampton this year.
Nationally, This division will be hosting 4 of the top 5 U13 club teams according to National Soccer Rankings.
PSC Chelsea
Arsenal FC
Dallas Texans
West Coast FC
Locally, the 96 Classic league teams has been one of the most competitive divisions in Dallas. Spearheaded by Emerson Hyndman's DTR 96
