FRISCO – These footballers live in England, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and even Spain. But they form one team, which competed in Dr Pepper Dallas Cup XXX over the past week. And they're all Americans.
Olympic Development Program-Europe, also known as U.S. Youth Soccer-Europe, is made up mostly of players who have a parent serving in the military and whose families are stationed abroad. Some, such as Alassane Doukoure, have a parent who is serving – or has served – in Iraq....more
