Pro Shottas meet their goal at the Dallas Cup

The Pro Shottas Soccer School returned home from Texas last week, after what can only be described as a ‘successful’ trip to the Dallas Cup, one of the most highly regarded youth football tournament this side of the globe. Travelling with two teams, an Under-15 and Under-19 squad, the Shottas met their intended goal of being invited back to contest the prestigious tournament next year.

The Dallas Cup is an invitation-only tournament and teams are selected for invitation based on their competitive performance, as was pointed out by head coach, Gregory Castagne, before the Shottas’ departure. “Our first goal was to play well enough to be invited back to the tournament.
